We start with the strongest cold-rolled, one sided, 5/8 particleboard available. It is chosen for it’s integral bond and it’s ability to maintain strength when it is fastened with our embedded staple system. Currently, you have a choice of three colors. Bright White, Folkstone Gray and Hardrock Maple.

We use 5/8 wide T-moulding that is applied by hand in our shop. This moulding is far superior compared to glued on edgebanding that can crack, peel and fall off due to the heat and cold in a garage.T-moulding gives the door a “bumper” effect around the edges. Currently, you have a choice of three colors which include white, black and tan. Choosing your wood and T-moulding colors gives you up to seven color combinations.

We use Functional Variable Overlay Self-Closing Face Mount Hinges. These hinges are tested for durability exceeding all requirements set forth by KCMA and BHMA. They are made of heavy-duty steel construction while relying on the power of self-closing dual compression springs. Currently, they are available in Nickel/Chrome, Bright Brass/Gold and Antique/Burnished Brass.

We combine the strength of surface mounted steel pilaster standards with the thickness and strength of re-inforced 3/4 particleboard to be able to rate our adjustable shelves at 120lbs(weight evenly distributed). Numbered slots provide quick, accurate clip insertion.

Workbenches are available and may include drawers and pegboard (tools and accessories shown are not included). Turn one of your tall cabinets into another clothes closet by adding a steel closet rod that is easily removable.
